CIT Registration Part 2 Summer Day Camp

  • Once you have registered your child as a CIT, please submit this form before June 1st. 


    Please complete the entire form – One form per a child.

  • Full Session - June 27 - July 29 - $735

    Session 1 = Weeks 1 & 2
                    June 27 - July 8 - $270 

    Session 2 = Weeks 3,4 & 5
                    July 11 - July 29 - $405

    Weekly Option - $135 per a week

  • Transportation (Additional Fee)

  • Transportation provided from most areas. Please call or email to confirm busing from your area.

    In order to secure bus transportation for your child, bus transportation must be paid in full, before May 24th.

    Door to door stops limited space available.

    General Pick Up option $35 a week

    Before May 24th - Door to door option $60 a week for the first child, $35 per an additional child.
    After May 24th- Door to door option $75 a week for the first child, $35 per an additional child.

  • T-shirts - $10 each

  • It is mandatory to wear a camp T-shirt on trip days. Therefore, we recommend a minimum of 2 T-shirts
