Please take a moment to complete all required summer waivers for each child using the link below. To help avoid the inconvenience of completing waivers throughout the summer, we kindly ask that all waivers be submitted by the first day of camp.
Some of the waivers can be completed online, while others require a physical signature.
Once signed, paper waivers may either be:
- Sent with your child on the first day of camp, or
- Emailed to [email protected]
